James is an innocent child who likes to play games and think that his friends enjoy them as well. But one day, when his friends used his own games against him, James realized he was being a bully. He didn't know he was being a bully until one day no one wanted to play with him. Also, the illustrations show how he suffered by the games played on him and how he learned the value of friendship and kindness. In the end, not only him but everyone else was happy playing games that everybody enjoyed. It shows how James becomes a true friend.
