My moko's were enthralled with this series when it was on tv here in aussie and my grand daughter so wanted a copy so she will be over the moon to get it for xmas. Hopefully it will be watched down the line by her younger siblings. Good to see good NZ shows being produced makes us very proud kiwi's.
Has a nice play on mythologies and commercialism vs culture. Some of the acting can get on older viewer's nerves (especially when you've seen the actor in more serious roles) but bear with it, it's primarily made for teens and preteens. We 2 grown-ups bought it on a whim, found ourselves watching it right through.
