"Great Overall Book"

This is a good book for those struggling to get what Karate means. The book offers basic stances, punches, kicks nurition and competition but fails to assist a proficient karateka in ringcraft and sparring.Good book about general Karate. Those with higher belts should seek specialised books on sparring etc.
