I am 5'6" and usually wear an 18 in shirts. Killstar's size guide says 2XL = 18. This does fit me, but it is a tight fit by sweatshirt standards and it is not long enough to be worn as a dress (at least not in public). The material is lighter weight, but still warm and it's nice quality, cute and comfortable so I am happy with it. However, I would recommend going up a size if you want a looser fit or if you're on the edge of your size.
