Roman Ramon is a Paleontologist for the Houston Museum of Natural History who dreams of finding the ultimate discovery of a Tyrannosaurus Rex or a Velociraptor, and the few discoveries he had made in years past were taken away by the curator of the same museum. Anna Rene Garcia was a Paleontologist from Mexico City who joins forces with Roman to work on a new dig in Galveston, Texas, and discovers a new dinosaur skeleton, and at the same time discovers the raptors as they get loose out of the dig and cause havoc in Galveston, Texas.
