This book makes you want to take a course at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute! The quality of the print is very high with elegant detailing and design. The recipes are nothing short of excellent with easy to understand advice and techniques. I have tried many of the recipes and they are expertly designed by their chefs. I am really impressed with The Chocolate Bible. It lives up to its name!
