José A. LugoSantiago is President and CEO of LugoSantiago Enterprise Group (LS|EG), USA. He is also a Co-Founder of the Institute for Leadership & Strategic Foresight. Both organizations are dedicated to improving the futures, strategic positions, and leadership performance of teams, communities, cities, and businesses. He received his Doctorate in Strategic Leadership and Foresight from Regent University.
