The book is about constructing a leadership legacy that is both effective and ethical.

Author Biography:

E. Grady Bogue is professor of higher education administration at the University of Tennessee. He served for eleven years as chancellor of Louisiana State University in Shreveport (1980–91) and for one year as interim chancellor of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. He was named chancellor emeritus of LSU Shreveport by the LSU Board of Supervisors in 1991.
