Author Biography:

Dr Bryn Caless is Senior Lecturer in Law and Criminal Justice Studies at Canterbury Christ Church University. He was formerly Head of HR and Director of the Police College, Kent Police. Dr Steve Tong is Principal Lecturer in Law and Criminal Justice Studies at Canterbury Christ Church University.
