Author Biography:

KEN SIBANDA Is an American Constitutional Law attorney, born in Transkei South Africa. He graduated from the University of London (LL.B), (with honors) and a holds a double Masters in Trial Advocacy from Temple Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia; and California Western School of Law in Federal Litigation. He has written for numerous publications including the Jerusalem Post and New York Amsterdam News. In South Africa he has written for City Press, The Sunday Independent and The Star. Sibanda is a frequent and eloquent speaker on the Rule of Law and Human Rights. Known affectionately as Tecumseh to South Africans: for his accomplishments in literature and law.
