I love this work out – its great with the HIITs segments throughout to boost the heart rate. Awesome workout – highly recommend.
Wasn't too sure how this would go, but was pleasantly surprised. Good levels of workout and really good music. It IS a workout, you will sweat and feel hot, but great breaks throughout so you get a chance to rest and compose yourself for the next harder few minutes segment. Will be looking at others by Leslie as well, as pleasant to listen to, and I recommend this product to anyone on any level of fitness.
