I love Leslie Sansone and the the walk at home programme. This DVD advertises 3 different walks 1 mile 2 mile or 3 miles. Do one or do them all. I expected three different walks but it is one full 3 mile walk and the DVD just breaks at the end of each mile, so there is a warm up for walk 1 but no cool down if that is all you want to do. No warm up for mile 2 it just continues where walk 1 left off so on and so forth. It is still a great workout and very enjoyable but would recommend you do the whole thing to get the warm up and the cool down. I do like the abs and back segment – awesome.
