Description

World War Two was probably the most documented event in all of human existence. US Army records weight 17,120 tons. That's about 188 miles of filing cabinets arranged side by side. Obviously, that is a lot of territory so my series is very succinct. The series is a mini-history with a focus on the air war, the men / women, the events and the times. I divided the book into very detailed sections. Main story in Volume III is the development of night fighters, the technology focus on gunnery, and the home front talks about rationing. And more. Carefully researched and accented with personal anecdotes.

Author Biography:

Author is a retired Army Armor officer who served in Vietnam, the Gulf War, and NATO peacekeeping in Bosnia. He is a graduate of the General Command and Staff School. He has worked as a contractor for the Army, the Marine Corps, and the Navy. His father and 10 of his 11 uncles were veterans of WWII. WWII has as been his passion for over forty years. He is a native of Indiana and has a master's and bachelor's in Economics from Purdue University
