I drink my coconut water kefir made with coconut water, everyday. I have tried live culture to some degree of success. Live culture was not as consistent a flavour and made my fridge smell too much. I have also tried out four other types of powdered kefir culture; when I couldn't get Mad Millie's. None of them matched up to the delicious flavour and consistent results I get with Mad millie's kefir culture used with coconut water. I highly recommend this product and Mighty Ape brilliant service.

Pack contains 2 sachets.
Each sachet can be used for culturing 1 L of milk, soy, juice or coconut water. Each sachet can be recultured (see kit instructions) up to 2 times.
Store culture in the freezer to extend shelf life.
