Author Biography:

Dr. Ngcobo holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. She is currently the Head of the Civil Engineering Technology Dept. at the University of Johannesburg and oversees several research activities within the department. Her research interest cut across diverse areas in the built environment including maintenance of construction works. In collaboration with other researchers, she has authored several conference papers and journal articles. Clinton Aigbavboa teaches Sustainable Human Development and is also the Director of the Sustainable Human Settlement and Construction Research Centre at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. He holds a PhD in Engineering Management and has published extensively in the areas of housing, construction, and engineering management, as well as research methodology for construction students. He is currently the Editor of the Journal of Construction Project Management and Innovation (accredited by the Dept. of Higher Education and Training of South Africa) and has received national and international recognition in his field of research. Dr. Aghimien holds a PhD in Engineering Management from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. He currently teaches Quantity Surveying at the School of Arts, Design and Architecture at De Montfort University in the UK. He is a prolific researcher with a keen interest in construction digitalization, smart and sustainable construction, and value management.
