Description

Since November 2011, New York attorney Thomas Fraser has been writing a newsletter describing how the fine points in new laws and regulations impact some of the most important issues in today's headlines. The fourteen newsletters collected in this book analyze several front page topics, including annual letters written by Warren Buffett and Bill Gates, the future direction of China's economy, post-financial crisis financial regulatory reform and how to expand the nonprofit sector. While these newsletters were written primarily for Chief Executive Officers, General Counsels and Senior Policymakers, they also make educational reading for a wider audience interested in learning more about how the fine print in new laws helps shape the course of business and government.
