This is my first time ordering from here. I have preordered this album a few weeks before the release date. When it was released the price went up, however, I still paid the lowest price, that been shown at the moment I was ordering it. They haven't charged me until the item was officially shipped. The item was shipped on Monday midday and delivered early afternoon Tuesday, the next day. The album was well packed. They also have added a coupon and a store related magazine into my package. Overall, I'm satisfied except for one thing. I don't think it's a REAL PRE-ORDER version, because when I unboxed the album it was missing a preorder bonus item. I'm disappointed about that, I was specially preordering the album hoping I will get the whole set of the preorder goods. However, it's just a standard after-release version of the album.
