Marie has been sharing home and professional organization skills for more than 24 years now. She began teaching in 1986 at the local community education center where she developed an eight-week, sixteen-topic course including personal organization, time management, food preparation, office and storage organization, budgeting, training children and employees to work, and purchasing skills. Her classes have proven popular both in San Jose, California and Utah, where she now lives. She frequently teaches organization principles at professional and community gatherings. She also does personal consultations, i.e. she has seen a lot of unkempt offices, cluttered closets, and stacks of untidy paperwork, all of which is very exciting to her. Marie is a presenter at professional and educational venues all over the United States and has published a House of Order Handbook that contains chapters on many facets of organization plus numerous worksheets to make running a home or small business easier at all levels. Project: Organization, Quick and Easy Ways to Organize Your Life and Organized As You Go address personal organization skills and are available wherever fine books are sold. Organized For A Mission, a Guide for Parents and Missionaries speaks to the needs of young L.D.S. missionaries and their parents. Be Successful in School - A Student' Guide for Junior High and High School is her most recent offering. She has also prepared additional printed materials to help home managers and professionals get more organized, whatever their needs may be. She has made good use of her personal library that now totals over 300 personal, family, home, and business organization books as she shares valuable and workable ideas in her classes, presentations, and writing. Marie also writes for various venues, and appears as a featured guest on TV and radio. She has been a radio show host and is the owner of House of Order, a company dedicated to helping men and women find greater organization skills, both in their personal and professional lives.
