Mathematics Operations is a series of mathematics learning books based on the Common Core State standards for mathematics. The first book of the Mathematics Operations book series is a grade one addition book which is organized into six chapters. Chapters 1 and 2 focus on horizontal additions of two numbers and counting within 20. Chapters 3 focuses on additions of one-digit three numbers. Chapters 4 and 5 focus on additions of two numbers in word form and converting numbers in word form to number digits. Chapter 6 focuses on reading, thinking, identifying key information, and solving addition word problems.
