This set is two completely unhoned blades. The spine and the edge are both 1.5 mm wide, meaning it's not so much a cheese knife, as a sheet of metal for destroying food. It doesn't matter for the pate knife so much, but still looks stupid. You could buy these and hone them, but then the black colour would be removed. Don't buy these.
