This got me out of a stitch-up in which I had brought a wireless mouse from overseas that has a USB 3.1 nano receiver and only then (after I had purchased it) realized that my brand new computer doesn't have a USB 3.1 hole. This saved me because, without this option on Mighty Ape, I would have been forced to spend $40 on an Apple dongle just to plug a little nano receiver into. This product does work and it works as expected but the holes can be quite tight at first. I do love the cap on the USB-C end though. Overall, I definitely recommend this product if you are in need of this, if you don't want a wire and if you don't want to spend $40 on the extra Apple attachment (or others) for your laptop.
