THE GHOSTS OF CHRISTMAS PAST
It is Christmas in Midsomer and a shot rings out from the Villiers' home,
Draycott House. Nine years later the entire family reunites again at the house.
Meanwhile DCI Barnaby heads home for Christmas – but things have a habit of
happening around the season of goodwill.
DAYS OF MISRULE
Barnaby and Jones are dragged away from a hated team-building exercise to
investigate an explosion at a haulage yard run by TA commanding officer Matt
Parkes and his son James. James is ruthless in business and with women but is he
capable of arson or murder? Calham Cross is also home to a peace protestor, a
grieving mother and a host of trained killers at the TA Centre. Who is
responsible
THE CHRISTMAS HAUNTING
In this special Christmas mystery, DS Charlie Nelson takes up his new post in
Midsomer alongside DCI John Barnaby, who is looking forward to the birth of his
first baby with wife Sarah.
Furniture maker and serial philanderer Conor Bridgeman is stabbed to death with an antique sword during a ghost-hunting party at Morton Shallows manor house. Owner Simon Fergus-Johnson and his family seem shocked that their new venture has gone tragically wrong, but historian Brendan Pearce points the finger at blacksmith’s daughter Rose Wilton – a ghost.
Can Barnaby and Nelson find a more earthly motive behind the murder and trap the killer?
