Lisa is globally known for her expertise in tea. She is one of the first people in the world to be awarded the Certified Tea Specialist title. A former president of the Southern Association of Tea Businesses, she arranged to liason with the World Tea Expo to increase visibility. She consults and volunteers in the tea industry and is a public speaker. She is the author of two books: Tea with a Twist-Entertaining and Cooking with Tea, as well as The World in Your Teacup-Celebrating Tea Traditions Near and Far, both from Harvest House.
