Description

The way you express yourself matters! Maybe you've never thought about it, but you are constantly communicating wherever you go. You're always making an impression on someone. And not just with the things you say either. Communication involves a lot more than talking. You'll be amazed at how many ways there are to express yourself without speaking -- body language, hand gestures, facial expressions, they all have a lot to say. The trick is learning to read them from others and to be aware of the silent signals you're giving off yourself. That's what this book is for! To help you communicate effectively and with confidence. You'll learn new things about the way you process information, how you handle conflict and the dos and don'ts of listening. These are just some of the tips and tricks that will enrich your interactions with others. So come with us through the surprisingly complex, almost magical world of communication. Mastering it just might turn out to be your superpower!
