She decided her life would never follow their example because what if that nightmare life didn't happen and she ended up like them? She suffered a poverty life that caused her family to move to at least 26 different homes that she could remember from an early age, and most included no running water or bathroom. At around 6 or 7 years of age, she overcame an accidental drug overdose from negligence... She was left with a babysitter who slapped her in the face so hard that her teeth bled...and there was no one to go to for help...this is where she became numb to her surroundings..
