Anna Krulatz is Professor of English in the Department of Teacher Education at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim, Norway. MaryAnn Christison is Professor of Linguistics in the Department of Linguistics at the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, USA.
