Author Biography:

Mary worked in high volume hospitality operations for sixteen years, including eight years with Jamie Oliver Restaurants, before retraining to income a nutritionist in 2013. Mary has been designing and developing healthy eating interventions with marginalised groups, since 2015. She has a masters degree (MSc) in nutrition and health and is a registered public health nutritionist RNutr.
