Description

On Skidaway Island, a world of high-tech subterfuge and murder engulf the reader as the tale spins out of control. From upper-crust Greenwich, Connecticut, to tropical Cairns, Australia, and back to the southern climes of Savannah, it seems the expats and other denizens are not above a good murder. When a body is found in The Village Library, a tale of intrigue, deceit, and treachery spanning nearly twenty-five years unravels. Is the murder of a volunteer at the library the culmination of the globe spanning odyssey, or just the beginning? Retired DC detective Dash Santorelli is thrust into the search for the murderer.

Author Biography:

Victoria Collett is currently an Operating Room nurse purportedly retired but working nonetheless. She has tendrils in a slew of different areas which include watercolor painting, writing, birding and a whiff of gardening just to keep her hummingbirds coming back for more and the raccoons retreating in horror. Robert Fogarty retired after thirty years as a corporate lawyer. He retired after twelve years as a high handicap golfer. He retired after 5 years as president of The Village Library. Now he spends time planning his next trip to Walt Disney World. Corinne Webner taught elementary school music, middle school and high school English. As a therapeutic adjunct to rearing three young children, she enrolled in law school and subsequently practiced trademark and copyright law. Now retired from those amusing and intriguing pastimes, she watches the tides ebb and flow and leads a contemplative life with great delight.
