Author Biography:

Angela Deal is a wife and mother of three. Professionally, she has worked as a child and family therapist for fourteen years. The book was inspired by her family's own experience, when their youngest son received a diagnosis of sleep apnea. It was a tremendous relief to have a deeper understanding of what was causing such a disruption of his mood and behavior. Going through the medical appointments and learning to use the CPAP machine were difficult, but helping him to master these challenges was well worth the efforts.
