Awesome book. I've gained much better understanding about food groups and serving portions. Healthy and sustainable way to treat your diet. Lost almost 1kg in the first week (though she didn't recommend to check scale too often :) Lots of yummy recipes which is a bonus!

Author Biography

She worked for Auckland District Health Board in diabetes before a new career in food began. She is a partner in the highly successful home-delivery meal service My Food Bag.
