This kit comes with a great range of options. 9 figures can be assembled as regular troopers while 3 figures can be assembled as either trumpeters or elite companies (with bearskin or helmet options). There is an additional 1 officer figure and a single arm to upgrade one figure to hold the regimental eagle. Finally there are 8 dismounted dragoons with two pose and two arm options. My only issue with this set is that it is not clear how/where exactly the scabbards and the carbines fit onto the figures. This is not made clear in the instructions and not obvious on the figures themselves.

Perry Miniatures have done their best to provide the wargamer with 12 figures and one officer to make the standard wargame Regiment. Not only do you get the choices of different poses with the men, you can combine different horse components to get a variety of horse poses. With this, you also get 6 casualty figures(3 English 95th Rifles and 3 French or Allied) and 8 dismounted dragoons as well! Included on the mounted Dragoon spruces are several Elite company bearskin head wear that makes Perry Miniatures an excellent choice for wargamers.

This has most things you could want for a Wargaming unit. Crisp casting and good fit make this a easy to Assemble Unit, with the inclusion of both mounted and dismounted troopers it provides plenty of scope in building your forces. I comes complete with a painting guide for the regiments that fought under Napoleon. Plenty of enjoyment to be had here both putting it together and painting but also visually appealing on any games table.
