In the present world, cancer has become the deadliest disease, and around 20 million people are diagnosed with it every year globally. Based on the latest cancer statistics, one in 2 women, diagnosed newly with breast cancer died. Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) plays a vital role in cancer prognosis and prediction. Various characteristics of DNA sequences especially mutation rate and occurrence of G-quadruplexes contribute much in the area of cancer analysis. Artificial intelligence can transform the traditional methods for cancer detection and pave the way for better treatment options using machine learning techniques.
