This book presents a comprehensive overview of nuclear physics field. The emphasis was on the No-Core Shell Model Calculations for some Light Nuclei. It contains the latest knowledge of the subject based on a thorough review of the literature over the past 15 years. Large-scale shell model calculations have been performed to study the low-lying energy levels for light and light halo nuclei. The calculations have been performed using the recent shell model code. The theoretical results and calculations for both no-core with three restrictions and with closed core taken at 4He with ckpot effective interaction were compared with the most recent available experimental data. A satisfactory results were obtained from this comparison and the author have concluded that for each nucleus. The results show that there is an adequate restriction which is able to predict the experimental data. Yet again, this book will be an indispensable source of inexhaustible information for researchers of pure sciences and physics alike.
