Excellent line-up of dubstep in 2011!

Description

Dubstep has been active for over a decade now, recently it has gained more momentum than any other genre in dance
music and has also made inroads into mainstream.

Dubstep draws on sounds of Dub, Grime, 2-Step, Garage, Breaks, Drum&Bass.

No Frills Label has released a number of Dubstep EPs over the last couple of years, so it makes sense to launch a compilation series featuring the sound thatʼs getting bigger and bigger in 2011.

Ministry of Sound is just one of the labels releasing Dubstep compilations with many other overseas labels producing Dubstep remixes for their artists.   Dubstep is also spawning its own artists, like Skrillex a headliner at the Creamfields Festival and Nero whoʼs being courted by major labels.

Dubstep is the sound of now and this is an essential compilation of the genre.

No Frills Dubstep Vol #1 features tunes and remixes by the biggest names in the genre such as; Noisia, Chase & Status, Bar9, Flux Pavilion, Nero, Freestylers, Skism, Ajapai, Excision & Datsik and 16bit. These acts combined with Haters, Truth, Bulletproof and Optimus Gryme from Australia & New Zealand, give up all the big tracks from the clubs plus the new sounds from the street. Mixed by Truth, Micky Slim, Haters and Daniel Farley, Dubstep is supported by a national tour, media and social network marketing campaigns and street team promotions.
