Description

Spanning twenty-five years, Nothing But! is a magnificent portrait of the British Indian Empire from the early days of the explorers, through the height of the Raj, to the end of the Great War. Moving from the magnificent Himalayas to the grandeur of the Empire, then to the desperation of the battlefields of Flanders, this is a compelling story of love, loyalty and aspiration - moving quickly as tragedy happens, tensions surface and betrayal and intrigue touch the people and start to shape the world at the beginning of the twentieth century.
