Description

Occupational Pressure is a rising epidemic with detrimental effects on health and productivity at work. There is also a sharp rise in participation of women in the workforce in the last three decades. However, the occupational pressure of women is still relatively understudied. Evidence suggests that more than two-thirds of people are suffering from work related stress. This monologue is about an audit conducted using the Pressure Management Inventory to explore the stress experienced by women in a large medical-model hospital set-up.
