Concentrate in title of Book "Oh My God! Echoes of one slap". Started some difficult fight with National Stock Exchange for illegal trade in my trading account (in 2014). Difficult in the sense that when big judge (retired) delivers an order of Arbitration, who will correct his/her mistakes or wrong doings. Case is very simple that it's an illegal trade. And when Trading Company can purchase shares from their side, and put into my (client's) account, then in such way Trading Company can sold my (Client's) shares. And its effect is that trading account goes short sell of shares, if no shares of that particular company available. I raised one basic question that when I do not have share/shares, how I can sold the same. Case is very simple. They means opponent fielded one lade judge to handle the case. So even though Government and Judiciary uses woman empowerment, I don't have any problem. That lady judge's name is/was Hon'ble Judge Dr. Pratibha Upasani. See, when judge fielded, no one expect a wrong justice. She spoke "Psychic" to me. What's its relation with the case which she handles? Whether case (of year 1997) of casteist words by Shri M. Kapoor again raised? And what she wants to say, that judges and big officers can speak to anyone like this. One complaint.... Two complaint.... Many-many complaints I raised with SEBI. But all my complaints closed without end result. Means all got united for the wrong doing. Anyway, at that time Hon'ble Shri Narendra Modi came to power. Definitely after winning election. So I wrote a letter to him (Hon'ble Shri Narendra Modi) as his photos daily came on NSE website. So after lot of complaints and written correspondence with concerned authorities, I wrote a letter to Modi saheb. And wrote one line that wrong things must be corrected and why not corrected. I wrote that pickup petticoat and she (judge) will show tore panties. I wrote in Hindi. Date of the said letter is/was 28 Feb 2015. I cannot reproduce the whole letter. But just concentrate on what happens from last 7 to 8 years. Unity for wrong doing, wrong justice by the various judges, unprofessional analysis, supporting FRAUD, taking illegal charges by FLIPKART etc. Means in India, where lot of brain exists, why everyone is busy in such wrong doing. If I am wrong at all, take an action. Very simple. But why united and doing wrong in-front of everyone. At that time Bharat Ratna Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Former President of India was alive. Means everyone is behaving as such whole Government of India and its various branches and definitely Supreme Court of India fully protected for their wrong doing. Do whatever you wants to do, Supreme Court is here to protect you, CBI is here to protect you like that. Whether this is a result of ECHOES OF ONE SLAP I gave to JUDGE? Basically just see Television. Lot of advertisement of Bra and Panties of women. What I wrote is just a simple advertisement that just pick up petticoat (of women) from ground by one hand and by other hand show tore panties. That's it. Please note that in India, just a one complaint, things get solved. But think that I already submitted 149 Petitions (as on 06 August 2023). Why President of India and his/her machinery not acted? Why judiciary gets busy in unprofessional analysis? Why Chief Justice of India behaves like this in one case? Why Defence deleted my record? What's their prime motive behind this? Infighting..... They fought among themselves. Please note. But justice cannot deliver by this. Infighting should not destroy the foundation pillars of democratic India. And the basic foundation pillars is "SATYA MEVA JAYATE". Does this the meaning of Women Empowerment? Does this leads to giving equal status to women in India? Or Government wants to hide something particularly in this case? This book contains a Mercy Petition to Hon'ble Mr. Justice K. V.
