Author Biography:

TOM MIKOTOWICZ is Assistant Professor of Theatre at the University of Maine at Orono, where he teaches directing and performance theory. He is New England in Review editor for the New England Theatre Journal, and his articles have appeared in Theatre Topics, Puppetry Journal, and Theatre Design & Technology. Dr. Mikotowicz is the author of Theatrical Designers: An International Biographical Dictionary (Greenwood Press, 1992).
