The summary says it all really, play as your favourite One Piece characters in a dynasty warriors style adventure. Free play modes to enjoy all the major cast (37 or so playable characters) and also a great way to get through the 700 or so current episodes as a reminder for fans, or possibly enough to get a friend interested and hooked on the show. A great leveling combination system. Possible drawbacks: it is only in english subtitles, and sometimes they aren't the greatest either. Also the manga/comic strip style story telling might wear a bit thin. All in all though, as an avid One Piece fan, this title is well worth owning, and a lot of fun either solo or with a friend to join on the adventure!
