Description

Discover how to promote a culture of inclusion in the workplace by supporting and transforming the organization's culture. Organizational Culture offers a roadmap to help HR, OD, employee engagement and other business leaders support the needs of a dynamic and diverse workforce. It offers insight into what the employees, the organization and society stand to gain when these groups come together as a community and how leaders can work to promote belonging and positive social change. Including instructional manuals, community-building exercises, psychological contracts and more, Organizational Culture provides insight into employee resource groups, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives, company-wide surveys and other interest-driven initiatives that support culture transformation. The resulting resource breaks down the best ways that organizations can engage in culture transformation work starting today.
