After reading many books, attending many seminares, many podcasts, i leaned who the f**** i am. And during this process i wrote a journal. With some notes from seminares, quotes i've heard, worksheets i created after therapy and other during the process... This journal helped me to be who i am today, i was hard. but so much worth it.
