Clarissa Dri is Lecturer in the Department of Economics and International Relations, Federal University of Santa Catarina, Florianopolis, Brazil. Stelios Stavridis is ARAID Senior Research Fellow, Research Unit on Global Governance and the European Union, University of Zaragoza, Spain.
