Description

This booklet is the translation into English language of the first part of the brochure in German language with title: Friedenslösung für Ukraine und Irak/Syrien! - Konflikt-Gefahren durch Wirtschaftsflüchtlinge und Islam?", which was published in December 2014. However I have added some new remarks to the content of the German text to make it easier for politicians to accept my proposals. Curtisius describes the conflicts in Eastern Europe, especially the conflict in Eastern Ukraine. He defines the meaning of territorial integrity. The he explains when the concept of territorial integrity can be applied and when this concept leads to false decisions. In a partnership people have the right and the possibility to terminate the partnership and to go their own way. This is like a divorce of a marriage. Defined groups of people in state have the right of self-determination. This has to be respected of politicians and of a government. To construct peace in civil wars or warlike conflicts the responsible politicians have to step to a higher level and to look from that higher level on the situation, which has to be pacified. Only on that higher level they can find the solution for peace. On the above basic thinking Curtisius makes proposals to construct peace for Eastern Ukraine, Abkhazia and South Ossetia, Bergkarabach (on the territory of Azerbijan), Transnistria and Kosovo. Another concern for Curtisius is to suggest peace solutions for Iraq and Syria. Also here peace is possible.
