Author Biography:

Pratyush Banerjee is Associate Professor and Chair- Executive Education at International Management Institute (IMI) Bhubaneswar. He holds PhD in Management with specialization in HRM. He has over eight years of academic teaching experience at various institutions of repute including Xavier Institute of Management (XIM) University, Bhubaneshwar, T.A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Manipal, and Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani. Dr. Banerjee is certified HR Analytics professional from Aon-Hewitt and Certified Business Analytics Professional from Carlton Advanced Management Institute (CAMI), UK. He has undertaken various Management Development Programmes with organizations such as IOCL, HPCL, Poclain Hydraulics and CGI. He has also been a guest faculty with IIM Indore, IIM Sambalpur, IIM Amritsar, IIFT and IIM Raipur for teaching HR Analytics. Jatin Pandey is currently Assistant Professor in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management area, IIM Indore. He is a Fellow of IIM Ahmedabad. Prior to this, he has served at IIM Kozhikode as an Assistant Professor. He was conferred the seventh Young Faculty research chair in 2019 and Best Teacher Award at IIM Indore in 2021. He was awarded the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) by University Grants Commission, Government of India, and has been awarded the Best Thesis by IIM Ahmedabad for his doctoral work. He is a life member of All India Management Association and Academy of Human Resource Development. His articles have appeared in journals such as European Journal of Marketing, Personnel Review, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Business & Society to name a few. He has published a book titled Geographic Information System and was also guest editor of special issues in International Journal of Knowledge Management and Australasian Journal of Information Systems. Manish Gupta (PhD, UGC-JRF, MBA) is an Assistant Professor at Mahindra University's School of Management, with industry and teaching experience at various academic levels. He teaches Human Resource Management (HRM), Organizational Behavior (OB), HR analytics, and Competency Mapping to PhD, MBA, and BBA students. His current research interests encompass agile HRM and engagement through gamification. He is an Article Editor and Editorial Member for international journals. He has published papers in ABDC A* and A ranked journals. His work has garnered media coverage, and he has authored research papers, textbooks, reference books, book chapters, and teaching cases.
