Author Biography:

Kelly Swendal has been an elementary teacher for 17 years. She is married and has two children. Kelly lives in Ohio with her family, and her two cats, Sailor and Luca. Her cat, Sailor, has a unique heart-shaped marking on her side, just like Lexi Lionheart. Kelly's love of books and animals has been a huge inspiration in her writing.
