Author Biography:

Ryszard Strzelecki is a Full Professor and Head of the Power Electronics Group at Gdynia Maritime University, Poland. Dr Grzegorz Benysek is an Assistant Professor in the Institute of Electrical Engineering at the University of Zielona Gora, Poland.
