Objectives from the Studies Study I. The objective of this study was to carry out the evaluate, characterize and conserve the genetic resources of the Active Wheat Germplasm Bank (BAGT) and promote pre-breeding in order to expand the genetic base of the wheat breeding program of the Agronomic Institute of ParanĂ¡ (IAPAR), Brazil. Study II. Show the differences between the conventional agriculture and conservationist agriculture: Fertilization of Systems and Activity of Microorganisms and Enzyme on Nutrient Availability Study III. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the rainfall variability and to determine the frequency of droughts periods during the soybean cycle, in the Western region of the ParanĂ¡ State. For that objective, were used meteorological data from 48 stations, distributed along the Western of ParanĂ¡ state, from 1976 to 2018.
