Author Biography:

Steve Lewis is a contributing photographer to both the British Tourist Authority Library and the Photo Library of Wales. He is a regular contributor to the national photographic magazines, such as Outdoor Photography and Amateur Photographer and his work appears in many Welsh interest books and calendars. The contributors, who each write a short essay, are the inhabitants and natives of Snowdonia, those who have been shaped by this landscape and who are part of its culture and character today. Politician Dafydd Iwan is in the company of farmer Gwyn Thomas, writer Bethan Gwanas, naturalist Iolo Williams and artist Kyffin Williams are all presided over by Lord Elis-Thomas of the Welsh Assembly!
