Author Biography:

1. National University of Defense Technology When the predecessor of the National University of Defense Technology (NUDT), i.e., Harbin Institute of Military Engineering, was founded in 1953, Chairman Mao Zedong personally issued the Motto and titled the academic journal Engineering Science. There are nearly 200 first-rate teachers, including academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering, who have made a large number of independent innovation achievements represented by Tianhe-2. Besides, the University has achieved significant results, including Tianhe series supercomputer systems, key supporting technologies for the Beidou navigation satellite system, Tiantuo series micro-nano satellites, laser gyro, ultra-precision processing and maglev trains, etc. In July 2017, the College of Mechatronic Engineering and Automation of the National University of Defense Technology was restructured into the College of Intelligence Science andTechnology, which consists of the Department of Automation, Department of Intelligent Machinery and Instruments, Department of Intelligent Science and Technology, Institute of Unmanned Systems, and Institute of Mechatronic Engineering. The College focuses on the research of intelligent unmanned systems, artificial intelligence, biological intelligence, mixed intelligence, etc. 2. Beijing HIWING Scientific and Technological Information Institute Founded in 1984, Beijing HIWING Scientific and Technological Information Institute is affiliated with the China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation Limited. The business covers scientific and technical information, standardization, intellectual property, management consulting, data translation, editing and publishing, archives management, books and documents, information system construction, news and audio-visual multimedia and other professional areas.
