This study investigates the impact of IFRS on the development characteristics of financial institutions in Nigeria. This study particularly aims to determine the relationship between control dimensions and marketing effectiveness; review the relationship between the independent audit committee and quality reporting staff; examine the relationship between auditor performance and corporate reporting; Connecting financial audit teams and business intelligence. This study adopted a qualitative research design and selected seven (n=7) samples from 16 deposit banks in Nigeria. Data were collected from banking data every year from 2015 to 2022. Similarly, data were tested using root-mean-square, Johansen correlation coefficient, and statistical tests. Be sure to verify the value of the profile.
